With 15 years of experience across brand, growth, and cultural marketing, Tatiana has shaped the trajectory of some of the most recognized brands in the world — including Peloton, Dove, VaynerMedia, and Remezcla — building teams, launching products, and delivering award-winning work across every channel.

She got her start in advertising during the post-dot-com boom at 360i (now Dentsu), where she pioneered social media strategy and helped establish the real-time "war room" model that changed how brands show up in culture. A desire for more purposeful work led her to Remezcla Media Group, a then-20-person media company elevating Latine voices in the mainstream, where she led cultural and experiential partnerships that put the company on the map.

At VaynerMedia, she helped transform the agency from a social-first shop into a full-stack communications company. At Peloton, she spent four years building (and rebuilding) the brand across every touchpoint: go-to-market, partnerships, content, growth, and product marketing. The work she led cemented Peloton as iconic and fueled a legendary business turnaround.

Most recently, she is an independent consultant working on Dove. Tatiana is also pursuing an Executive MBA at UCLA Anderson with a focus on entertainment and social impact. She writes second life, a Substack about style, reinvention, and the lives we live after the ones we planned.
